Netra Tarpana

Netra is eyes and Tarpana refers to strengthen. Thus, Netra Tarpana is a procedure in which medicated ghee is poured over the eyelids after a special type of enclosure is built around the eyes.

Netra tarpana cools, lubricates and revitalizes the eyes. This treatment improves inner vision by cleaning even the smallest channels associated with inner and outer perception. It helps bring back clarity to the eyes.

Abhyanga

The Ayurvedic oil massage is an integral part of the daily routine recommended by this healing system for overall health and well-being. It is nourishing, Pacifies the doshas or toxins, provides stamina and sleep, enhances the complexion and the lustre of the skin, promotes longevity and nourishes the systems of the body.

Shirodhara

The word Shirodhara can be broken down into two ideas – shira, which refers to the head and dhara, which means the flow. Together they form a concept that aims to bring physical and emotional balance by rejuvenating the spirit and preserving health. This is achieved through a relaxing technique in which warm oil is poured over the patient’s forehead for an extended period of time.

Shirolepa

Shirolepa is a specific technique of Panchakarma , in which herbal pastes are applied over the patient’s scalp (vertex) based on the health concern. Shirolepa helps in nourishing the scalp and the head. This improves the vision and beneficial to reduce medical conditions such as migraines, insomnia, Hypertension and Dry vision syndrome.

Udwarthana

Udvarthanam is one of the most sought after Ayurvedic treatments for weight loss. It is a unique deep tissue massage using herbal powders. Useful for weight reduction or toning and exfoliation of the skin cells for a luminous glow, this specific massage reduces cholesterol, resolve skin problems, imports mobility to the joints, strengthens muscles and refreshes the body.
